My name is Carl Passarelli. I’m a native Rhode Islander – born and raised in our capital city of Providence. I attended LaSalle Academy, a Catholic college preparatory school. After graduation, I headed down to the city by the sea, Newport, and attended Salve Regina College. A few years after college, I married my lovely wife, and we purchased our first home in Providence. A little more than a decade ago, we moved to Smithfield.
I work with people from all over the Ocean State and beyond every day. I’ve been told many times that I found my true calling when I became a Realtor®, and I agree completely. I’ve been in the service industry my entire career, even before I was technically old enough to have a career. Selling newspapers to our neighbors after Sunday church (my very first sales job). That led to mowing lawns in summer and shoveling driveways in winter. The early jobs provided invaluable lessons – dependability / negotiation / strong work ethic - and a solid foundation for my future real estate career. Soon after college I joined a car rental company, and worked my way from trainee to District Manager. Yet, it wasn’t until I embarked on my career as a Realtor® that I truly felt like I was home.
I’ve been a full-time professional Realtor® for over 20 years. And guess what? I still love it! Every day I meet new people and have an opportunity to help someone change their life. It’s very rewarding, and I feel blessed knowing I get to use my skills and passion to help my clients.

I’m a member of the Rhode Island Northern Board of Realtors, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
I hold my career and clients in high esteem. You are my number one focus and the reason for my daily efforts. My clients trust my knowledge and integrity, and I value their loyalty and friendship. Having a sense of humor, and some fun, is important too. Life is full of adventures. Some of my favorite times are spent with my wife - we love cooking together, enjoying a day at the beach, riding my motorcycle, taking in a concert, and occasionally binge watching a favorite TV series. I’m also a HAM/CB radio operator (a holdover from my youth), and enjoy fixing some of the older pieces of equipment. A nice dinner out with friends is always fun as is an action/thriller on the big screen plus who can resist a hot pretzel with mustard? Am I right??
